At Avine we offer a 60-calendar-day guarantee starting from the confirmed delivery date. If you have a problem with your product, we want to solve it.

When does it apply?

· The product has a manufacturing defect
· The product does not work correctly under normal use
· You received a different item than the one you ordered
· The package arrived damaged

When does it NOT apply?

· The product was used incorrectly or contrary to the included instructions
· Damage from drops, impacts, or liquids applied directly to the device
· The product was modified or tampered with
· The request is made more than 60 days after delivery
· Purchase made through an unauthorized seller
· Reusable bags are not eligible for return once opened or used, for hygiene reasons
· Items purchased on sale or through special promotions

2. Include a description of the problem and evidence (photo or video, 30 seconds max)
3. Our team will reply within 1 to 2 business days
4. Once approved, we will send you the next steps
